LinkRush Seller Terms

These Seller Terms ("Terms") apply to vendors who list products or services on the LinkRush marketplace. By onboarding as a seller, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in addition to the general LinkRush Terms of Service.

  1. Account Responsibilities

    You are responsible for maintaining accurate storefront details, complying with all applicable laws, and keeping login credentials confidential. Notify LinkRush immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

  2. Listings & Fulfilment

    Ensure that every listing reflects accurate pricing, availability, and delivery expectations. Orders must be fulfilled within the agreed timeframes. Repeated fulfilment failures may result in account suspension.

  3. Seller Conduct

    Treat buyers and fellow sellers with professionalism. Do not engage in fraudulent activity, spam, or attempts to divert customers away from the LinkRush platform.

  4. Payments & Fees

    Earnings are paid out in accordance with the payout schedule shown in your dashboard. Platform fees are deducted automatically. You are responsible for any taxes associated with your sales.

  5. Compliance & Termination

    We reserve the right to review listings and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or present risk to the marketplace. Sellers may close their accounts at any time; outstanding obligations will remain enforceable.

Policy Updates

We may revise these Seller Terms to address new features, regulatory requirements, or marketplace safeguards. We will provide advance notice for material changes. Continued selling on LinkRush after changes take effect will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
